Team R have had another fantastic day of learning at Forest School! We went on a hunt for all the signs of spring and saw daffodils, blossom, new buds and leaves growing, we heard and saw lots of birds, and in the pond we saw tadpoles and newts.
We used all of our learning muscles – there was some amazing uniting to help our friends find the hidden treasures and as we carried heavy logs to build a nest. We had to be very resilient and learn from our mistakes when we were making clay chicks to go in the nest, as wings and beaks kept falling off. We were curious looking at the tadpoles and newts, and we thought hard about how they will grow. Some of us had to keep improving to make sure we didn’t get wet again while looking in the pond! And Team R definitely enjoyed their learning!
