Black History Month: Caribbean Fruits

This week Mrs Dunn read us a story in Caribbean dialect about lots of delicious fruits. Some of the fruits were very unfamiliar to us, so we thought we should find out what some of them tasted like. In science we have been learning about our five senses so we used all of them to explore the fruits. We tasted jack fruit, pineapple, guava, avocado, banana, satsuma and mango; we chose the fruit we liked best and pineapple was the clear favourite.
